It was 1989, the journey of Vihang commenced with its entry into the real estate consultancy sector, leading to the genesis of Vihang Estate Agency. But as the recognition of Vihang Estate Agency grew, Vihang Group realized its potential to harness newer technologies, impeccable foresight, precision engineering, and ability to decode consumer experiences in creating best-in-class engineering marvels.

This process of metamorphosis becomes visible with the inception of 'Vihang Vihar' at Panchpakhadi. Starting from the inception to conclusion, Vihang started offering value-creation to all its stakeholders at the various level of project development.

Vihang's untiring zest for excellence was palpable in either subsequent projects - Vihang Park, Vihang Gardens, Vihang Shantivan, and Vihang Tower. The reign started expanding to engulf the entire Thane region.

As the years passed by, Vihang started earning the devotion it deserves. However, it was an ambition to grow which made Vihang Group a quintessential real estate group, differentiating it from other real estate players. Anticipating the need to revolutionize other sectors and become a cohesive brand, Vihang decided to broaden its business horizon to include hospitality, hotels, production and education.

In 2021 The Vihang Group has now entered in to the Education Business by setting up Pratap Sarnaik International School (PSIS), ICSE Board in Ghodbunder Road.

In 2003-04, the Vihang Group ventured in the hospitality business by launching Vihang's Palm Club, followed by the establishment of Hotel Vihang's Inn located at Ghodbunder Road.

Mr. Pratap Sarnaik has been the real protagonist behind the success story of ‘Vihang Group’. His impeccable foresight and innate acumen made Vihang a quintessential real estate giant. Leveraging from the success story of Vihang Realty, the group forayed into business diversification in hospitality and production sector under his leadership. His commitment to excellence is visible even in the quality of services in hospitality establishments by Vihang Group.

Mr. Vihang Pratap Sarnaik

Director

Mr. Vihang Sarnaik, an Architectural alumnus of Kamla Raheja Institute of architecture, is currently leading the Vihang Group as Director. He has become insignia of trust in real estate stratum, given his passion for creating engineering marvels which are artistically striking, affordable and eco-friendly. His passion for architecture and design is clearly visible in creation of various projects delivered by the Group till date. Right from planning to construction, including sales and marketing, he is playing a pivotal role. It is under his leadership, Vihang Group is recognized as a quintessential real estate brand in aesthetics and appeal.

Mr. Purvesh Pratap Sarnaik

After pursuing his degree in Hospitality from ITM-IHM and special certification from Queen Margaret University, London, Mr. Purvesh Sarnaik is magnificently heading the hospitality segment, managing the overall responsibilities to ensuring quality of services. Hospitality is one of the important business verticals of Vihang Group and being the subject matter expert, Mr. Purvesh Sarnaik is expanding its footprints successfully.
